Cancellation or order-change requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after fulfillment has begun or shipment has occurred.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.
